We provide outstanding personal service to families across the US in all phases of estate and property management, including overseeing multiple properties across the US, Europe, Mexico, and Hawaii. Drawing on extensive experience in development, implementation, and accounting for property expense budgets, principal employers are represented with dedication and integrity. Additional skills included estimates for large property improvement projects, assessing and identifying efficiency improvements, while creating systems and processes which strike a balance between best practices and client preferences.
Cheryl has strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of the market industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Cheryl develops and documents weekend and seasonal opening and closing procedures for each residence, schedules service 7-days-a-week, and coordinates the movement of staff, vendors, and service providers.

Cheryl also is available for Chief of Staff roles, including HR. She will assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans. Facilitate communication between departments to align goals and objectives.
Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and objectives. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Operational Support: Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence for executives.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
Team Leadership: Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Coordinate team activities and initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Industry Insights: Stay informed about trends in the music industry and provide insights that can inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, artists, and partners.
