Meet the Team

 Cheryl, a fifth-generation San Franciscan with over 6 years of experience as Chief of Staff and Business Operations in the corporate field, and 10 years of experience as a Director of Residences/Estate Management, House Manager, and Personal and Executive Assistant, in the domestic field, she brings a unique skill set to the table. With a vast network of contacts in and around the Bay Area, Cheryl is adept at handling any task in these roles.
She is meticulous in her work and creates comprehensive and detailed spreadsheets to streamline processes.
In addition, Cheryl sources, hires, trains, and establishes esprit de corps among domestic staff and legacy service suppliers for seamless, respectful, and discreet service. She monitors service contracts, reviews invoices, and streamlines payment processes, using industry best practices in communication, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and inventory management specific to each property.
Cheryl is well-versed in HR/Payroll, insurance, risk management, capital planning, expenses, and entertaining.
With excellent communication skills, Cheryl can interface with all levels of management, internal and external companies, partners, and executive leaders. She has expertise in calendaring and extensive travel booking, including international, domestic, and private travel. She has performed Chief of Staff duties for several Bay Area startups and corporations, including interfacing with senior leaders on strategic issues and leading philanthropy initiatives for public and private fundraising and raising charitable aid/donations. 

Her company also offers complete home organization, no project to big or small. Moving? Cheryl will coordinate your packing/unpacking and all logistics with her team.
Finally, Cheryl is a 200-hour yoga alliance-trained teacher, offering private lessons for those interested and a OSHA Certified Ergonomics Specialist for any office or at home needs. Workplace ergonomics is the practice of designing an office or other workspace in a way intended to minimize employee health risks and increase employee productivity, thus reducing employer costs.  Cheryl has performed Ergonomics for some of the largest companies in the bay area and nation.
